Job summary

GDI Integrated Facility Services is seeking a cleaning crew member in Missouri to perform floor care, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning tasks for client sites. You will work with a team to deliver high-quality cleaning standards and maintain safe, clean facilities.

Typical shift is 6:00am to 2:00pm, Monday through Friday. The role offers weekly pay, medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO, EAP, and an employee discount program, with opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Attention to detail and quality cleaning.
• Ability to understand customer requests and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors via stripping, waxing, and buffing as required.
• Perform general carpet cleaning and extractions.
• Other cleaning duties as needed and assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Must have experience operating commercial floor equipment.
• Ability to work with other crew members.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
