Job summary

Newbold Services LLC is hiring a Floor Tech in Cartersville, GA to maintain hard floors and carpets. Hours are 5:30am-2:00pm, Monday to Friday. The role offers weekly pay and benefits such as PTO, EAP and employee discounts.

Responsibilities include stripping, waxing and buffing floors, carpet cleaning and extraction, and other cleaning duties as needed. Candidates should be detail‑oriented and capable of following instructions with good time management.

Qualifications

• Requirements: Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment effectively and safely.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions for proper floor maintenance.
• Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects as required for the job.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members.
