Job summary

Newbold Services, LLC. is hiring for an on-site janitorial associate to perform floor care, carpet cleaning, and general housekeeping tasks in our facility maintenance program. Evening shift hours are 4:00pm–12:00am, with reliable weekly pay and opportunities for promotion.

You will operate floor cleaning equipment safely, follow instructions, keep areas clean, and communicate clearly with the team. We offer PTO, EAP, employee discounts, and a culture committed to equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Operate floor cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain attention to detail and follow instructions for floor maintenance.
• Demonstrate strong time management to complete tasks on schedule.
• Maintain physical stamina to stand, walk, bend and lift as required.
• communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Stripping, waxing and buffing floors as needed.
• General carpet cleaning and extraction.
