Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is hiring a Weekend Floor Tech to maintain floor surfaces in our manufacturing facility. You will steam-clean carpets, strip floors, wax and buff, apply sealants, and perform deep cleaning with appropriate chemicals.

Shift is Sat-Sun, 9am-4pm, with seven hours each day; flexibility is required for light work when waxing isn't needed. Training is provided, and reliability is essential for this weekend role.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years prior commercial cleaning experience.
• Physical stamina and dexterity.
• Ability to follow schedules and directions from supervisor.
• Reliable transportation to/from shifts.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible when needed.

Responsibilities

• Steam-clean carpets and deep-clean floors.
• Strip floors using proper machinery and apply wax.
• Buff and seal floors as required.
• Deep clean painted floors with appropriate chemicals.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean other surfaces.
• Gather and empty trash; move heavy equipment.
• Operate floor machines including scrubbers and buffers.

Currently Hiring: Weekend Floor Tech

Shift: Sat-Sun 9am-4pm-7 hours each day your choice of scheduling

Flexibility is a must/Light work when no waxing needed

We are looking for you to…

• Steam-clean carpets
• Strip the floor using the proper machinery
• Apply wax to coat floors and buff
• Apply sealant to floors
• Deep clean painted floors using appropriate chemicals/degreasers
• Clean buildings by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors and cleaning other surfaces
• Gather and empty trash
• Move heavy equipment and furniture
• Operate walk behind or ride-on auto scrubbers, high speed burnishers, floor buffers, wet and dry vacuums
• Other duties as assigned
