Job summary

Newbold Services, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Floor Tech to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of hard floors and carpets in a facility setting.

The role requires operating floor cleaning equipment safely, strong time management, and good communication with team members. We offer weekly pay, PTO, medical, dental, vision, EAP, employee discount, and opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment effectively and safely.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions for proper floor maintenance
• Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects as required for the job.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members

• Stripping, waxing and buffing floors
• General carpet cleaning and extraction
