Job summary

Allegiance Industries is seeking a Floor Tech in Greeneville, TN. You will perform floor care tasks such as steam-cleaning carpets, stripping, waxing, sealing, and deep cleaning floors to maintain a clean, safe facility.

On-the-job training is provided. Candidates should have reliable transportation and the ability to follow schedules and directions from supervision.

Qualifications

• Prior floor care experience is required or preferred.
• Physical stamina and dexterity are essential.
• Ability to detect safety hazards and communicate with appropriate staff.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.

• Ability to follow directions from a supervisor.
• Demonstration of professionalism is expected.

Responsibilities

• Steam-clean carpets.
• Strip floors using proper machinery.
• Apply wax to coat floors and buff.
• Apply sealant to floors.
• Deep clean painted floors with appropriate chemicals.
• Clean buildings by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and surface cleaning.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Move heavy equipment and furniture.
• Other duties as assigned.

Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11p-7:30a
