Bachoco OK Foods is seeking a Floor Support associate for 1st shift at the Fort Smith, AR facility. The role involves assisting in debone plant operations from 7:55 am to 4:55 pm, with a starting pay rate of $16.25 per hour, and participation in the company's attendance, mentorship, and referral programs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform production tasks.
• Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Safety sensitive position with safety precautions.

Responsibilities

• Set-up/tear-down workstation and line as required.
• Sort and grade product, pack bagged product into boxes and label boxes as applicable to customer specs.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work area on the production floor.
