Bachoco Group's Fort Smith, AR facility is seeking a Production Worker for the 2nd shift in Dept. 105. Hours run 4:50 pm to EOS. You will assist in production, set up lines, sort and package products, and ensure proper labeling and packaging per customer specs.

This role requires standing, lifting 25-40 pounds, and adhering to safety and sanitation standards in a wet, cold environment. Competitive benefits, 401K, and paid holidays accompany the position.

Dept. 105 - Production Worker

Shift Hours: 4:50 pm - EOS

Pay Rate: $ 16.25 per hour.

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to: Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required; sort and grade product; make boxes; bag finished product; pack bagged product into boxes; tape boxes; scale boxed product to required weight; label boxes as applicable to customer specifications; and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner.Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms.
