Job summary

Bachoco USA is hiring a Marination Helper (1st Shift) in Fort Smith, AR. Shift hours are 5:00 am – 2:00 pm with a pay rate of $16.25 per hour. The role supports the marination process in the 153–Marination Helper department and involves heavy lifting up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Set up/tear down workstation and line as required.
• Marinates product.
• Safety-focused and able to work in a loud environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in marination and production of food products.
• Set up and tear down workstation and line as needed.
• Move product using hand or power jack from cooler to marination area.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area.
