Bachoco OK Foods is seeking a Floor Support associate for 1st shift at the Fort Smith, AR facility. The role involves assisting in debone plant operations from 7:55 am to 4:55 pm, with a starting pay rate of $16.25 per hour, and participation in the company's attendance, mentorship, and referral programs.

Shift Time: 7:55 am to 4:55 pm

Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to: Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required; picking up condemned product that has fallen on the production floor; sort and grade product; make boxes; bag finished product; pack bagged product into boxes; tape boxes; scale boxed product to required weight; label boxes as applicable to customer specifications; and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner.Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 POUNDS . Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold.
