Job summary

Bachoco USA in Fort Smith, AR is hiring for a 2nd Shift Production Worker. The role involves standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, and performing duties to support the slaughter/production line in a fast-paced facility.

Responsible team member will work 2:30 pm to end of shift, with pay rate of $16.25 per hour and benefits including 401K, medical, dental and more. This is a safety-sensitive position in a busy production environment.

Qualifications

• Physical ability for heavy lifting in a production environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a loud, wet/humid environment.
• Safety-sensitive position; follow all plant rules.

Responsibilities

• Set up/tear down workstation and line as required.
• Remove tenders from carcass; sort and grade product.
• Pack and label boxes; ensure weights and specs match customer requirements.
