Job summary

Bachoco OK Foods in Fort Smith, AR seeks a DSI Loader for 2nd Shift in the Debone Plant. You will assist in the production of quality chicken products by properly arranging breast meat and tenders on high-speed processing machines to ensure correct processing and portioning.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting 25–40 pounds, and working in wet, cold, and loud conditions. Pay is $16.25 per hour with a $1/hour attendance incentive, a $1/hour night shift premium, pay raises at 30

Qualifications

• Assist in the production of quality food products by properly arranges breast meat and/or tenders on high speed processing machines.
• Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner; stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 pounds; safety sensitive position.
