Job summary

Bachoco OK Foods is seeking a Marination Operator for the 1st shift in Fort Smith. Work hours are 5:00 AM–2:00 PM with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour. Responsibilities include setting up the workstation, marinating products, and maintaining a safe, clean work area.

Includes 50-pound lift capability, safety-sensitive role, and benefits such as 401K and medical/dental/vision options. Training and shadowing provided, with incentives and pay raises at 30 and 90 days.

Qualifications

• Set up/tear down workstation and line as required.
• Marinate product as part of production duties.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work area.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up/tear down workstation & line as required.
• Marinate product by performing duties.
• Dumps totes into marination tanks.
• Moves product to marination from cooler using a hand or power jack.
• Maintain safe, sanitary work area and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
