Job summary

OK Foods is seeking a Floor Support on 2nd shift in Fort Smith, AR to assist Debone operations. Duties include setting up workstations, sorting and packing product, and ensuring accuracy with weights and packaging.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods, in a safety-conscious environment. The position offers competitive pay at $16.25 per hour with shift premiums, holidays, and comprehensive benefits as part of Bachoco OK Foods.

Qualifications

• Must stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set-up/tear-down workstation and line as required.
• Pick up condemned product fallen on the production floor.
• Sort and grade product.
• Make boxes and bag finished product.
• Pack bagged product into boxes and tape boxes.
• Scale boxed product to required weight and label as per customer specs.
• Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner.
