Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Floor Supervisor to assist in managing overall store operations and to assume primary responsibility for store operations in the absence of the General Manager. The role emphasizes customer service, staff guidance, and safe, efficient store performance.

You will supervise associates, support opening/closing procedures, ensure merchandising and signage accuracy, and contribute to loss prevention and daily maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and flexibly.
• Ability to foster teamwork and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and project a positive representation of Ace Retail Group.
• Assist in managing store operations and staff; act as stand-in for General Manager as needed.
• Open and close store procedures and ensure secure cash handling.
• Support loss prevention, safety, and internal audits.
• Oversee merchandise stocking, floor upkeep, and pricing updates.
• Train and mentor associates; participate in store meetings.
