Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous retail management experience preferred.
• Hardware store experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing overall store operations and lead staff in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant Managers.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolve customer issues promptly, and maintain product knowledge and store layout awareness.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, price changes, labeling, and safe/sanitary store conditions.
• Lead by example, train associates, participate in store meetings, and communicate operational updates to leadership.
