Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-Time Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience. The role supports daily sales, store operations, and brand standards on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operations, omni-channel fulfillment, product knowledge, and maintaining visual displays. A customer-first approach and strong communication help propel store performance and customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Brand and culture.
