Camco Chemical Co. in Florence, KY is seeking a 3rd Shift Floor Supervisor to oversee the Liquid Bottling team. You will lead a ~10-person crew, manage daily production, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Under guidance from the Shift Manager, you will drive labor management, continuous improvement, and departmental goals while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment and reporting to supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Camco Chemical in Florence, KY is looking for a 3rd Shift Floor Supervisor to lead our Liquid Bottling team. This position is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, maintaining safety and quality standards, and leading a team of approximately 10 employees.
