Job summary

You will drive continuous improvement, manage performance, and coordinate with maintenance for equipment reliability. A bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication with safety and quality awareness.
