Management Recruiters of Zionsville is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Greater Cincinnati/Dayton, Ohio area. The role leads a 3rd shift manufacturing team and reports to the Production Manager, focusing on safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

You will drive daily production activities, coach a team of 10, and coordinate ERP-driven orders to meet schedules. Salary is substantial with a 10% bonus potential, plus relocation support.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of production supervisory experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn ERP and other manufacturing systems.

• Lead, coach, and develop 10 manufacturing employees while maintaining a positive, accountable team environment.
• Plan production flow, assign labor, and coordinate equipment schedules to meet production goals and customer requirements.
• Monitor performance and address issues involving safety, quality, productivity, downtime, and employee performance.
• Promote continuous improvement and utilize LEAN manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.
• Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Warehouse, HR, and other departments to keep production on track.

• Ensure SOPs, company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures are consistently followed.

About the Opportunity

Seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team on 3rd shift. Reporting to the Production Manager on days, this position will oversee daily production activities in a process-oriented manufacturing environment where materials are prepared, processed, and packaged to meet customer specifications.

This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, solving production challenges, and driving continuous improvement while keeping safety, quality, and customer requirements at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

$85,000 – $105,000 + up to 10% bonus potential
