Job summary

Camco Chemical in Florence, KY is seeking a 3rd Shift Floor Supervisor to lead the Liquid Bottling team and oversee daily production operations. You will ensure safety and quality standards while guiding a group of about 10 employees on a nightly shift.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to motivate and develop team members. This role reports to the Shift Manager and supports continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field – preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills (Spanish) - preferred.
• Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 2+ years' proven experience in an operations management position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and lead a team of about 10 employees.
• Maintain safety and quality standards for the line and shift.
• Coordinate with Shift Manager to manage labor, safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Develop and coach team members; conduct performance evaluations as needed.
• Improve procedures and workflows; seek opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure safe, clean, and organized work area; follow policies and practices.
• Collaborate with inventory control to minimize losses and optimize material use.
