Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably liquid bottling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; proficiency with production management software.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
• Bilingual communication skills (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise bottling line operations to meet production schedules and maintain quality.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Develop employees and support career advancement.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and train staff on safety.
• Monitor product quality and coordinate with QA to address issues.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and coordinate with maintenance.
• Maintain shift reports and production records; analyze data for improvements.
• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods; coordinate with supply chain.
• Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste; contribute to lean manufacturing.
