Job summary

Camco Chemical Co. in Florence, KY is seeking a 3rd Shift Floor Supervisor to oversee the Liquid Bottling team. You will lead a ~10-person crew, manage daily production, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Under guidance from the Shift Manager, you will drive labor management, continuous improvement, and departmental goals while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment and reporting to supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations for the Liquid Bottling team.
• Lead a team of ~10 employees and ensure safety, quality and efficiency standards.
• Coordinate with Shift Manager to manage labor, procedures and improvements.
• Conduct performance evaluations and develop team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and enforce policies.
