Floor Production Supervisor (US)

Our U.S. warehouses are located in New Jersey (East Coast) and California (West Coast).

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a driven Floor Production Supervisor for our Distribution Center in Pittston, PA.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the account management team to develop a deliverable schedule for all accounts.
2. Manage 5-12 heat press stations simultaneously.
3. Ensure all workstations have sufficient work at all times.
4. Partner with the picking managers to ensure orders are picked within the schedule.
5. Coordinate with the printing department to ensure all embellishments are available before production begins.
6. Develop strategies to speed up production and reduce overhead costs.
