We are urgently hiring a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN )/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a part time, full time, or per diem basis . As a Staff Nurse (RN/LPN), You Will

• Supervise and manage daily nursing activities in compliance with all applicable regulations
• Monitor residents’ treatments to ensure the highest level of care
• Prepare and administer medications per physician orders
• Communicate with physicians regarding resident needs and updates
• Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Support and participate in quality assurance and care planning initiatives
