Behavioral Health Quality Improvement Auditor

Location : Remote in Arizona – Maricopa & Pima County preferred (10% local travel required)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM AZ Time

Pay Rate : $30 - $35 per hour + Benefits after 90 days

Contract-to-Hire : 3 months with possibility to extend or convert to full-time

Job Responsibilities :

Lead remote and on-site medical record audits to evaluate provider performance and quality of care.

Conduct clinical case reviews with detailed written summaries and recommendations.

Investigate Incident, Accident, and Death (IAD) reports submitted through AHCCCS portal.

Perform quantitative and statistical analysis of performance data.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure audits and reviews are completed timely and accurately.

Maintain a caseload with a 30–60 day completion timeline for assigned investigations.
