Job summary

THE LOT City Center in San Ramon is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to supervise front-of-house operations across cinema, restaurant, bar, café, and lobby. You will lead by example, ensuring top-tier guest service and smooth daily operations during assigned shifts.

You will coach and develop a diverse team, coordinate with departments, and support in-house events and special activations while upholding THE LOT’s culture of hospitality and excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, or multi-department operations.
• Proven leadership ability in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Experience with POS systems, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Fluency in other languages is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations across cinema, restaurant, bar, cafe, lobby, and guest service areas.
• Greet guests promptly and provide the highest level of customer care.
• Lead shift operations, maintain cleanliness, organization, and staffing levels.
• Coach, motivate, train, and develop team members for growth and shift success.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Conduct daily floor walks to ensure areas are clean, stocked and operational.
• Maintain compliance with policies, SOPs, health standards, sanitation, and safety.
