Job summary

Loretta's Last Call in Tuscan Village, Salem, NH, is seeking a Floor Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, manage floor shifts, seating, and guest service.

You will work with hosting, bar, and kitchen teams to deliver a high-quality dining experience, maintain capacity controls, and ensure safety. Weekend and holiday availability, plus familiarity with POS and reservations, are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Familiar with restaurant operations and guest service standards.
• Experience with POS systems and reservation software is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to de-escalate issues.

Responsibilities

• Open the restaurant and manage floor shifts.
• Block and assign server sections and seat patrons.
• Interact with guests to ensure a great visit.
• Coordinate seating with hosting staff and reservations.
• Run food and liaise with kitchen staff.
• Assist with running cards and cash handling.
• Support the bar as needed and monitor capacity limits.
• De‑escalate guest issues and assist security for safety.
