Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Ability to be on your feet and active throughout a shift.
• Must meet applicable food safety and responsible beverage service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the front-of-house team during service.
• Maintain an active presence on the floor and oversee flow.
• Coordinate with servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, expos, and kitchen.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, seating, and pacing.
• Step in during busy periods.
• Welcome guests and ensure a great experience.
• Address guest questions with warmth and good judgment.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate specials and events.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of dining room.
• Train and support new team members.
• Communicate with management about shift, feedback, and staffing.
