SA Hospitality Group is seeking a Floor Manager for the Sant Ambroeus Palm Beach restaurant to oversee operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Qualificações

• Must lead and supervise restaurant staff
• Experience coaching, counseling and disciplining employees
• Ability to interview and select applicants for management roles
• Strong focus on guest service and maintaining service standards
• Knowledge of beverage, wine, service and hospitality best practices

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily work activities of all scheduled staff, including floor plans and section assignments
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff as needed
• Interview and select employees for employment with AGM/GM
• Monitor registers across shifts and report discrepancies
• Oversee staff training and development, including training materials
• Lead service on floor during meals and ensure high quality guest experiences
• Promote upselling and revenue through guest engagement and teamwork
• Ensure safety, health, and labor compliance
