SA Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Sant Ambroeus in Aspen to lead restaurant operations in the GM's absence. You will guide dining room service, staff training, and guest relations to ensure impeccable hospitality and financial performance.

Responsibilities include supervising daily staff, managing rosters and budgets, and coordinating with culinary and events teams. Strong leadership, communication, and high-volume experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Must have restaurant management experience.
• Strong guest service and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume dining operations.
• Proficient in English; good communication.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Direct daily work activities of all staff including management.
• Oversee dining room service and flow; be on the floor during service.
• Train staff; update menus and service manuals as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly when GM absent.
• Liaise with private dining contacts during events (PDR).
• Lead by example to build guest relationships and satisfaction.
