Job summary

ServiceSource seeks a Custodial Supervisor to support the National Institute of Standards and Technology facilities in Boulder, CO. You will lead a small team, perform floor care, and ensure clean, safe conditions for employees and visitors.

Experience with rehabilitation and working with individuals with disabilities is required. This role falls under Ability One Source America regulations and emphasizes accommodating personnel with disabilities in competitive employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and a good DMV record.
• Supervisor experience preferred.
• Custodial experience preferred but not required.
• 2-5 years’ experience working with individuals with documented disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, stocking, and floor care of the facilities.
• Trash collection from all waste and recycling receptacles in the facilities.
• Machine cleaning of floors including stripping and waxing.
• Adhere to facility safety guidelines related to procedure, PPE, and company policies.
• Adhere to facility rules on campus and in the facilities.
