Job summary

ServiceSource Inc. in Boulder, CO, is seeking an Assistant Supervisor to oversee custodial staff on site and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety on the campus. The role reports to the Project Manager as Floor Manager and involves hands-on cleaning, inventory, and event support.

You will manage 10-15 staff, mediate between employees, and uphold safety and operational policies while coordinating with the Contract Supervisor. A strong, patient communication approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience supervising teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and maintain floors and facilities.
• Oversee custodial staff and ensure safety procedures.
• Report to Contract Supervisor and cover duties in their absence.
• Inventory and quality inspections; provide support for conferences and events.
