Job summary

ServiceSource is seeking a part-time custodian in Denver, CO. The role covers 15 hours per week with potential additional on-call hours.

Duties include interior cleaning, trash removal, and equipment upkeep to maintain a safe, clean facility for a nonprofit operating under the AbilityOne program. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of custodial experience, plus the ability to follow directions and communicate clearly.

• Ability to understand and follow direction.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks as listed to maintain interior cleanliness (dusting, polishing, washing, sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, vacuuming).
• Maintain building accessibility and appearance by picking up papers/trash and replacing light bulbs.
• Remove trash and manage recycling programs.
• Keep cleaning equipment operational and stocked; perform basic repairs and parts replacement.
• Maintain parts and equipment inventory and anticipate replacements.
• Maintain safe working environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
