Job summary

Lola’s On The Water in Florida is seeking a hands-on Floor Manager to lead from the floor, coach the team, and ensure guests feel well taken care of from start to finish.

You’ll coach servers, bartenders, hosts, runners, and support staff, manage floor assignments and closing procedures, stay visible on the floor, and coordinate with kitchen and bar to keep service flowing.

Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership or supervisory experience in a full-service environment.
• Strong floor presence and the confidence to lead by example.
• Excellent guest-recovery, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach respectfully while holding clear standards.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• A hands-on leadership style and team-first mentality.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
