Lola's on the Water is seeking an energetic Bartender/Mixologist in Pompano Beach, FL to craft signature cocktails and deliver memorable guest experiences.

You'll welcome guests, learn the menu, upsell thoughtfully, keep the bar stocked and organized, and collaborate with servers and managers to ensure smooth service while upholding responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in upscale, fast-paced settings.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and speed.
• Team-first attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Responsible alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain one).

What You’ll Be Doing:
