Chula’s Restaurant in Prior Lake, MN is seeking a Floor Manager to be the heartbeat of service—setting pace, elevating energy, and ensuring every guest experience feels seamless, intentional, and unforgettable. Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience required.
• Experience in high-volume environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the dining room experience during your shift.
• Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members in real time.
• Ensure every guest receives attentive, elevated service from arrival to departure.
• Proactively manage floor flow, pacing, and table turns to maintain smooth operations.
• Partner closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure timing and communication stay strong.
• Step in to assist hosts, servers, food runners, or bartenders when needed.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation.
• Monitor labor efficiency and support productivity goals during shifts.
• Ensure all team members follow service standards and hospitality expectations.
• Support training of new hires and ongoing development of current staff.
• Complete shift reports and communicate effectively with upper management.
• Lead pre-shift meetings with clarity, focus, and positive energy.
• Bring integrity, accountability, and calm leadership to every shift.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds (bus tubs, trays, glass racks)

Experience

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience required
• Experience in high-volume environments is a plus

Compensation

Competitive hourly wage based on experience: Starting at $22/hour
