You will coach peers, reinforce Lush brand values, and foster a positive, productive store environment while maintaining store standards and visual merchandising. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet/exceed targets.
• Experience handling cash and running opening/closing procedures.
• Previous supervisory/coaching responsibilities with training or mentoring.
• Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day customer issues.
• Knowledge of skincare and natural beauty products is beneficial.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard insights and coach the team to exceed goals.
• Lead on customer experience on the shop floor, including product demos and consultations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices while engaging in community initiatives.
