Skechers is seeking a Key Holder (Floor Leader) in the United States to help oversee daily store operations, mentor team members, and drive customer service excellence. This entry-level management role offers room for growth within Skechers’ global brand.

You will support sales goals, manage store opening/closing procedures, and ensure a premium shopping environment while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure a great fit and experience.
• Retail Leadership: Supervise daily operations, including store opening/closing and security, to maintain high standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail, customer service, sales, and daily operations.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory routines and collaborate with management on operational needs.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve in-store challenges for a smooth shopping experience.
