Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Deliver expert advice and ensure customers have a great fit and experience.
• Retail Leadership: Oversee daily operations including opening/closing and security standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Help achieve store and individual targets through effective selling.
• Store Operations: Maintain merchandising, restock products, and keep the store clean and inviting.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Manage stock and inventory with store management.
• Problem Solving: Resolve in-store challenges to ensure smooth customer experience.
