Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Savannah, GA is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales and guest service while supporting store operations.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train and mentor Teammates, and to maintain accurate merchandising and presentation across the sales floor. Responsibilities include coaching teams, executing visual standards, processing transactions, and ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail experience or training preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service to drive sales.
• Assist in training and developing Teammates and recruiting new team members.
• Coordinate visual merchandising and maintain store standards.
• Execute store operations including POS procedures and loss prevention.
• Lead by example and provide feedback to Store Manager and Leadership Team.
