Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support the mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for our guests.

You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks under the Store Manager and Leadership Team. This role involves recruiting and developing Teammates, modeling exceptional customer service, guiding product presentation, and ensuring store standards across sales floor, fitting rooms, and register areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent retail experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with merchandise selection, locating items, and Wardrobe recommendations.
• Lead by example in sales presentation, showroom upkeep, and checkout processes.
• Recruit and train Teammates; develop leadership within the team.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure loss prevention practices.
