Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit teammates, lead by example, and manage merchandising, cashiering, and operations in a full-time role.

You will mentor teammates, apply Buckle’s service standards, and contribute to a positive store culture while upholding policies and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Ability to learn Buckle policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary service to guests and meet/exceed sales goals.
• Assist with merchandise display, floor set, and inventory management.
• Lead by example and coach teammates on sales presentations and customer interactions.
• Follow Loss Prevention and security guidelines and maintain store standards.
