Buckle is opening a brand-new store at Edwardsville Crossing Shopping Center in Edwardsville, Illinois, with mid-October interviews starting in September. The Store Support Teammate will assist guests, process transactions, and support the Store Manager with daily tasks to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and assist with store and merchandise questions.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday days as needed.
• Complete Guest transactions using the POS system and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and theft and know how to prevent or handle situations.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and displays under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, shoppable store and uphold Buckle’s mission.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics, policies, and handbooks.
