Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics in Victoria seeks a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor. You will drive sales, lead a team of sales associates, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining operational excellence.

Your day includes coaching, training, cash handling, opening/closing, and ensuring brand standards for ethical skincare. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with CAD 22 hourly for 30–39 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience.
• Supervisory experience with coaching, feedback and training.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coach the sales team using data-driven insights.
• Lead on the shop floor to deliver world-class customer experiences.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices.
• Increase product knowledge and provide informed recommendations.
• Train and mentor Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance.
