Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking a motivated Key Holder (Floor Leader) to support store operations and mentor team members in a fast-paced retail environment.

This entry-level leadership role involves supervising daily activities, driving customer service excellence, and helping the store meet sales goals. Starting rate is $16.39 per hour with regular increases and benefits including employee discounts and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve in-store issues.
• Highly organized to manage inventory, staffing and operations.
• Ability and desire to foster a respectful, safe and fun environment for store employees.
• Comfortable mentoring team members and communicating with all levels of the store team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert advice on Skechers products to customers and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and security protocols.
• Mentor and support teammates in entry-level retail tasks such as service and sales.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products and maintain a clean, inviting store.
