Job summary

Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company®, is seeking a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to support store operations, mentor a retail team, and help maintain Skechers’ premium shopping environment. This entry-level management role focuses on customer service, daily operations, and achieving sales goals within a global brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service industry is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service management and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets.
• Assist in merchandising, restocking, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with store management on inventory and operational needs.
• Proactively solve in-store challenges to smooth the customer journey.
