Job summary

Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company®, is seeking a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to support store operations and mentor a team in Johnson City, Tennessee. This entry-level leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving daily sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will supervise opening/closing, train associates, maintain visual standards, and assist with inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous Key Holder, Shift Leader or Retail Supervisor experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
