Buckle in Camarillo is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team with sales, merchandising and daily operations. You will engage guests, build displays, and help recruit and develop teammates while upholding Buckle’s standard of service.
