Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader in New York. The role combines sales, merchandising and operations tasks, working with store management to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership.

Base pay is $17-$20/hour with commission potential. This position emphasizes delivering an enjoyable shopping experience, performance-based bonuses, and opportunities to grow through Buckle’s leadership structure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high level of customer service in all store areas.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet Buckle’s accountability and sales standards.
